Daisen Jidori chicken is carefully raised for 55 days and is ground fresh that morning, then slowly cooked using far infrared rays from Kishu Binchotan charcoal.The taste changes depending on how the knife is used, so the preparation is done carefully.Please try our yakitori, which is cooked at the perfect temperature depending on the cut of meat and makes the most of the quality of the ingredients.

We offer three unique hot pot dishes: "Toritetsu Nabe," a Hakata Mizutaki-style dish based on chicken soup that has been slowly simmered for five hours; "Aka Kotetsu Nabe," which is made by simmering Korean sweet chili peppers in beef fat to add spiciness and umami; and "Toritetsu-style Torisuki," a chicken sukiyaki dish with chicken soup and a reduced sweetness.
